West Lothian Gymnastics Club Fee policy – inclusive of coaching, competition entry and holiday / invitational camps

The Club is a registered charity and payment of fees and club events are paramount to our financial sustainability and viability.

Pre-School fees: are payable on the 1st day of each block and should be paid directly via your Class4kids invoice.

Recreational, Development and Competition Squad fees: 

are paid monthly in advance on 1st of every month, via Class4kids monthly subscription platform.

Fees are calculated over [48] weeks allowing for [4] weeks’ holiday / event dates throughout the year.  

Competitive Events:

Where gymnasts are invited to represent the club in competitive events, invoices will be generated through Class4kids. Competition entry fees should be paid within 14 days of acceptance via Class4kids in the usual manner.

Any change in fee from the club will be notified to impacted members with at least [1 month] notice.  

Late payment of any membership fees noted above may result in access to training sessions being denied and the head coaches and board of trustees will be notified.  Non-payment in line with above terms or a period of 4 weeks (unauthorised) continued absence will lead WLAGC to assume that membership is to be terminated.   

All members leaving and not returning MUST notify the club by email at westlothiangymnastics@gmail.com providing two week’s notice prior to the month end in order for the monthly subscription to be cancelled, failure to give this notice will result in payment been taken for the following month and this will be non refundable.

Thank you
